Used this company on my new house and it needs to be renovated. They do HORRIBLE work. Attached are photos showing mismatching grout, tile we trip on because of the large variances. Paint packed into my carpet. Large areas not stapled down on the stairs. Most of my cabinets are marred and scratched. They installed a broken countertop and packed caulk in the break to try and hide it. Just overall garbage quality. Especially for the insanely expensive price they charge.

Well where do I start. If I owned this business I would put my head in the sand. We bought a brand new home in 2023. From grout issues to CABINET issues. So it’s been 1 year 8 months and my cabinets are still not finished. We have had numerous repairs that needed fixed. We have lost time at work and they order wrong parts. The installer doesn’t do crown molding. They literally installed dinged up cabinets and cabinets with flaws. This is a disgrace and there quality and professionalism is a 0. If I could put a 0 I would. So today the gentleman who came out over 1 1/2 months ago shows up at 10:37. Our scheduled appointment was at 12-4. I told him on my door bell that he was early. I told him let me call my wife to see if she could leave early from work. So she was able to get home at 11 and

This is the low bidder that William Ryan Homes used for the flooring in my new build. These guys installed a bunch of broken tiles, the tiles are all spaced poorly and uneven. Would have been bad enough, but when they came to replace the broken tiles they replaced them with ones that did not match the color. An employee actually came out, confirmed the color was wrong, dropped off a box of the correct ones, but their manager is telling my builder the new tiles are within their color variation standards so they won't replace them.The reviews speak for themselves, look elsewhere

I would not recommend. If you must, check carpet before the guys leave your house because once they leave, it is hard to get them back to fix their errors. We had two rooms with visible seams. They fix one but have not came out to fix the other. It has been six months, still waiting! The need better installers so won't have to go back to fix their work, if they did it right to begin with!

Buyer beware!!! Stay away from houses being built with JR McDade installing the tile. Absolute worst tile job imaginable. Tiles that aren’t level, grout that isn’t the color as advertised when purchasing package for new home. Very difficult to get to come out and repair the horrific tile job they did, and when they did come out, the replacement was just as bad. My grout color from tile repair job to what was in the house isn’t even the same color spectrum! I still find tiles that aren’t level and I’m out of warranty and there is no way they will come out and repair. Do not buy a house with these guys installing the tile, and definitely don’t have them do a remodel on your current house. Please please learn from my mistake and keep looking!!
