Joel came out to fix our heater/furnace when we had no idea what was wrong with it, and he was absolutely amazing. Not only did he diagnose and fix the issue, but he also helped us with our thermostat (which was outside of the original assignment) and figured out—in less than 30 seconds—why our outside outlet plugs weren’t working. Joel truly took his time and walked my husband through exactly what was happening every step of the way. He was extremely patient and even taught my husband some minor do’s and don’ts for maintenance and troubleshooting. He works alone, and you can immediately tell he really knows his stuff. He isn’t afraid to talk to you, explain things, and teach as he works. We’ve been looking for someone like Joel, someone we can trust to help us and maintain our appliances
