JRF came and replaced my main sewer line leaving the house which was cracked. The line ran straight through a landscaped area with mature flowering bushes and a gorgeous Dogwood Tree. They were SO careful and delegate removing and putting back the area you almost could not tell they were even there. This after digging a 10 foot deep trench. I was truly impressed. Very professional and would recommend without hesitation.

Works outside of legal quiet hours every day Monday-Saturday. I have called multiple times to address this and they deny it. DO NOT move into neighboring buildings if you value sleep or respectful neighbors.

Didn't pull the proper permits from the city. Blocked off our entire street illegally. Had to report it to the City of Boston and BPD.

Driver cut me off in the O’Brien tunnel so bad I smashed my teeth in my steering wheel, then I get next to them and beep and he’s laughing and flipping me off. Didn’t answer my call or return my call yet, it was about an hour ago
