Pony Express Moving Services – Boston Metro Area & Interstate

Lived in JP for over a decade and wanted to go local so went with these guys for our move. Movers worked hard and were courteous but when they unpacked stuff into our new house there were scratches and tears on many items. Owners promised to send someone to repair damage and after many emails they just stopped communicating with us. Avoid!!!

My husband I were very impressed with the Pony Express team. All emails were answered promptly and all arrangements went smoothly. Also, there were no hidden surprises with the cost of the move. Rawn, Rob and Zach did an excellent job from start to finish. They moved all our possessions with care, and were extremely organized in they loading and unloading of the truck. The team not only did a great job, but it also was a pleasure to work with them. They were friendly and fun to be around. We highly recommend Pony Express and would definitely use them again.

My family moved from NH to GA recently. Like I'm sure most of you, I have read some horror stories about moving companies. Needless to say, I was extremely reluctant to search online. I actually found Pony Express on Home Advisor, so I thought it was the safest choice...it absolutely was the best decision. Josh, is so great t for whom to work, with prompt and effective communication. He had my move planned and set before our house even sold, so when it did sell, we were ready to go. His movers showed up on time and ready to work. They packed the truck carefully and efficiently, wrapping our furniture with protective blankets and plastic. Lou, Craig, and Bobby were the absolute best! Not only were they so accurate in their estimate and efficient in their work that we finished right as anticipated, but they took exacting care in providing additional boxes and wrap to protect large fragile items. These guys were so empathetic and thoughtful. We moving into an in-process renovation and they rolled with the flow and even let us keep all our furniture wrapped in travel blankets to protect from damage during our renovation. We no doubt will rehire Pony Express and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of moving in Boston. They made the day a breeze and afforded us plenty of time to get other move related work done that day to make the most of our time away from work.

The Pony Express Moving crew was great! Bobby and Geo were my movers who moved all of my belongings from Roslindale to Beacon Hill. They took great care of everything and were courteous, friendly, and outgoing despite having to bring my stuff up 4 flights of stairs. If I were just reviewing Bobby and Geo, this would be a 5-star rating! I've deducted 1 star because of my communication with whomever is responsible for scheduling the move ("Josh"). It took 2 days and many emails back and forth to simply solidify the time at which the movers would arrive. Also, there was never any contact made via phone despite me providing my phone number and stating that I'd prefer to speak with someone to schedule the move. I was very close to cancelling my arrangements with Pony Express just because
