I randomly met Josh while he was finishing a job at a neighbor’s condo. I asked if he could give me a quote for a kitchen remodel to which he agreed and was very prompt in his reply. After meeting with him and deciding to accept his quote, he was very accommodating and a good communicator. Once the new kitchen cabinets arrived, he started the demo in early October. As with most remodels, we discovered things that needed to be addressed once the old sheetrock was removed. I also decided to have him do additional work as ‘add-ons’ to the original ‘work agreement’. He was very accommodating to the changes and his crew did a professional job. At the completion of the project in early February, I had a completely remodeled kitchen and living room to include some meticulous custom wood shelving,

We had Joshua install French doors for our study. He painted them before installation. He is courteous, professional, and always on time. His work was reasonably priced. We were very pleased with the work he did and will call him again for future projects.

Took over 3+ months to complete just a bathroom remodel. Kept pulling people to other jobs showing that ours was not a priority. (which we were told by people on the jobsite) We have flipped entire homes in 3.5-6 months. Was not communicative on why people were not showing up and on why it was taking so long until questioned on it and even then did nothing to right the situation. Caught multiple mistakes throughout the process that I'm pretty sure was because new people were coming in and out the entire time unaware of the plan discussed. Even after it was "complete" we had paint splattered left all over the brand new tub, a leaking drain that warped the brand new vanity drawer, and more. I will go into all the mistakes and other things if asked but the list is honestly too long to type. A

Just had an outside security light installed. The first time it was done I happened to be out of town. I returned to find a light I hated. He removed it and did not bill me. Nine months later I found a light I liked and today it got installed! Very happy.
