We had the privilege of working with Mr. Jim Murphy, to do our home inspection, not just once but three times already. We only have good things to say about him and his work. He is very knowledgeable, professional and thorough, and always makes sure he works for his clients. That's us as homebuyers. I meant Jim at a open house and thought what smart and motivated person. Great first impression when my wife and I found a house we loved we called Jim to inspect it for us. He was very patient and very thorough. He gave our attorneys and us a complete inspection report and some very helpful tips and suggestions.
