Without a doubt, the most professional and skilled pool construction/reconstruction and maintenance artisans in Nashville. From initially resurrecting a failing pool/spa combo 8 years ago, they changed our system from a salt water to a commercial grade ozone system that virtually has cared for itself and balances pH and ORP perfectly. And given our recent snow & ice disaster, Juan Carlos and crew got our pool from a broken, damaged mess after 11 days without power to operational just today! JR and his team are great at what they do! For all of the horror stories you hear about pool builders and subcontractors, we found that to be the opposite with JR. He shows up when he says he will - he communicates via calls, text and email. We had a fantastic experience with the company - his suggestions due to years of experience turned out fantastic. They use top tier products, and truly care about the customer. His team cleaned up daily, were respectful of our property & the end result is amazing. I cannot say enough good things about JR and Carlos! We had a massive disaster and our old pool was destroyed.
