I was told this was a Christian owned company. I have a good friend that has been living with absolutely no water for about 3-4 years now. When his pump first went out we tried to find someone to dig him a well. Unfortunately nobody is financially stable enough to pay for a bran new well. ($6000+) When all he needs is a shallow well. But they told him there was ABSOLUTELY nothing they could do. They didn't even offer to work anything out for him knowing he has NO WATER. If I had the ability to grant my brother's in need of water. I absolutely would. I don't think it's very Christian like for them to not help him find water. These people do not walk the path of God like they claim. I get it's not their problem. I needed pump work. I had no water. I called JR's Pump Service and had help within 2 hours. JR and his crew knew what they were doing and solved an electrical problem before 10:00 AM on a Sunday morning. I couldn't have asked for better service or for a better outcome. First rate-across the board!

I am a DIY guy and have tried many projects that were bigger than me. When I set out to replace my Well Pump, all by my lonesome self, everything seemed to be running smoothly. Until I switched on the breaker and my brand new investment in time and treasure had not worked. That's when I wished I had 20+ years experience. Very poor experience. Jr's Pump Repair provides shoddy workmanship. The employees are careless. They sent a repairman who not only did not solve my problem but , even worse, damaged piping in the vicinity of the repair area and made my problem worse. They do not stand behind thier work. They will not even return phone calls from customers. Should be reported to the better business bureau.
