In 2016, J&S did a lot of work at the rear of our house in Throgs Neck. Granite terrace, stairway...and stucco. Two years later, the stucco was beginning to de-laminate in three spots. In the spring of 2020, when the stucco was looking really terrible (bubbles, peeling, falling off, etc...see photos for examples), we asked John to come by and take a look. HE TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY. It's water damage...that's not in dispute...but he blamed everything from the siding on the house to the stone terrace...which he installed. Since then, we've had two stucco experts inspect the damage, and they both immediately had the same verdict. JS Concrete is a professional company. We have scheduled many upgrades to our property. Each time the owner John has come onsite to view what is needed, the office (Donna) is awesome as well. She sends detailed invoice with timeframe of project and pricing. The workers are efficient and friendly. We have used JS for new pavers, sidewalk, painting of outdoor patios. Each time we have been extremely satisfied ☆☆☆☆☆

15 years ago J&S Concrete did my concrete patio, my retaining wall, my front stairs. A couple of years ago when the city was issuing bogus notices to replace the concrete sidewalk due to cracks & gaps... I called them back.
