I scheduled an estimate appointment and received confirmation the day of. Unfortunately, no one showed up. I was contacted afterward with an apology and asked to reschedule. Although I was hesitant, I agreed to give them another chance. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, I received a call just one hour before the scheduled time stating they could not come because the service area was too far. This was especially disappointing since their description states they service this area. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and poorly communicated.
