Definitely stay away. Justin took half my money and never finished the job with excuse after excuse. Started the pool patio job in May and in August still couldn't finish. I asked for a refund on work not completed and he said job was half done and refused. I filed with attorney general office but no resolution to this day. He s done this too several others as well.

Recently used JT concrete for a decorative patio and apron around my inground pool and could not be happier. Justin was completely transparent and very prudent. His professional portrayed through to his quality of work and competitive pricing. Could not be happier. Highly recommend JT CONCRETE.

Buyer Beware…he stated he would have our concrete patio done nearly a month ago (at the latest) but I understood even further delays due to the weather. He kept saying he would be at our house by a certain day or “we’ll have the project done by this date.” As of 5 days ago, he has stopped all communication and his voicemail is full. This was a fairly large project and he has $4000 for our deposit. I would advise anyone to stay away!!!! UPDATE: He has been arrested for stealing from another person. Justin Traver…article in the glens falls post star on 12/16/21. 3 other people reached out to me after this review and were dealing with the same thing.

JT Cement is great to work with. Justin replied promptly for a request for an estimate for a residential parking pad. Justin and all of his crew are professional, knowledgeable and hard working. The job was completed timely, professionally and at a good price. Highly recommend JT Cement.

Every day another excuse. Never showed up when he said he would and when he did get there would work for an hour and leave. After months of back and forth trying to get a simple pad poured I had to call another contractor to do the job. Justin of course has not responded to multiple requests to discuss return of a portion of my deposit. Never give this man money. You will lose it and the job will never get done. If I could leave less than 1 star I would.
