Guy hustled my senior parents to pump their septic tank for an extra $100 when he quoted them $500. Left a screw off on the lid after pumping. Dad called him back to tell him it filled up from all the rains due to the screw being off and the gasket and lid not being tight. He hung up on my dad. Rude and disrespectful. Don’t do business with this clown!

This company is amazing! They answered right away and were quick to show up. They went above and beyond. They had found roots in my pipe, and quickly took care of the issue. They were all very kind, professional, and kept me informed. I will continue to use this company and refer them to anyone I know!

I cannot say enough on the positive side for this Company. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Our household had been jerked around by another outfit (Rapid Plumbing.
