Ozzy from JTR rolled up sleeves and got down and dirty clearing out my old "octopus" furnace and AC unit. No effort was spared and everything is working great after our labour-intensive service call. 6 stars for Ozzy who got it DONE 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Top notch service from the second I made the call. Industrial rooftop unit issues approaching some severely cold weather. Professional service, showed up when they said they would, and the tech (Jesse) was fast, professional, and got it done. We can’t say enough good things about JTR. First time using JTR and it was a good experience. Ben came out and quickly diagnosed the transformer was bad after a little back-and-forth troubleshooting. We discovered the thermostat wire had an issue with it. Also, all in all, they did a thorough job and were very upfront and completely respectful of my time. As a service guy myself "plumber". I completely appreciate the respect of my time and money they offered me to clean the condenser coils myself.Which I took him up on to save money and time. Excellent overall experience and highly recommending Ben. I have called before and they were more than happy to answer questions.I have which other companies do not. So I will not be calling the other companies back.

We just had the best service experience we've ever had with JTR in the decades they have serviced our home. Aziz not only took the time to investigate and properly diagnose the issue with our system, but he meticulously cleaned and restored our system, saving us thousands of dollars. He was also friendly, very good at explaining the issue and the solution, and took a lot pride in his work. I will be requesting him for all future maintenance and repairs!

JTR is an amazing company to do business with. We had two other companies come out to repair our unit to no avail. Jesse and his crew came to review the job. The owner of the company came and reviewed the job. My unit was installed with excellent workmanship. Their knowledge of the old system I had and the one they installed is impressive. I cannot express the care they took in my home and outside my home. It was money well spent. I wish to thank JTR, Jesse and his crew for all they did. I cannot praise your work enough.
