My newest favorite plumbers! Tiger arrived at 9pm to get water back up and running to my house. He explained clearly and concisely what he believed the problem to be. My dog who typically barks at everyone was absolutely calm and chill with him working around her. Pricing was reasonable considering the emergency nature of the request and I’d def not only recommend but call vertical plumbing again.

We are so pleased with our experience! Dylan was kind, informative, and efficient. Both of our old vanities were from the 80s and one was pretty tough to rip out. We’re glad that we paid the money to have a professional do the work well so that no DIY errors crop up later.

I needed a new wax ring on one of my toilets. It's not too hard of a job and tried to do it myself, but I couldn't get the bowl to line up correctly. So, I looked for a plumber online. Vertical plumbing said they could come out immediately. They had a service charge of $98, which would go towards the repair cost if I used their service. The tech arrived and looked at where the water was leaking from and said he could change the wax ring and align the toilet bowl for $980. Now, from everything I read and researched, if you do the job yourself it would cost between $10 - 15. However, the amount from a professional plumber should range around $90 - 250. I told Vertical plumbing that I wasn't going to pay $980 and he could leave. At that point he asked, "What is your budget". So, now he's play

I highly recommend this service. Tiger was courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed what he thought the problem could be, which made me feel like he had experience, and he also informed me that it could be something else. Fortunately, it was the lesser cost of the two possibilities. Unlike the last plumbing service I called, I didn’t feel like I was being overcharged when he left. Vertical was not cheap, but I think they are fairly priced. I have finally found a plumber I will use for all of my plumbing needs. Thank you Tiger!
