I had an issue with my water heater, I called and even though I was still undecided at the time, Bill helps me see clearly what I need, was patient enough to explain to me all the details, and came the next day to replace my water heater. And he wass jund enough to follow up with me the following day to see if I was all set.
I would highly recommend him! I am so pleased with his quality of work and professionalism. I will definitely be calling him again!
