Juliano's Pools

I recently had JULIANO POOLS install a pool for me and we haven’t started pouring the patio so the pool has been getting Some dirt in it and JULIANO‘s sent out someone this morning on a holiday to clean it and the young man’s name was Carlos and he did a fantastic job. He cleaned the pool, emptied the skimmer baskets and the pool pump baskets as well, and upon completion asked me if there was anything else he could do for me I replied with no you’ve done more than enough thank you and have a pleasant rest of your day. I’m updating my review since the pool and patio are now complete. I would highly recommend Juliano’s Pools to anyone that wants a custom high end pool. They offer many different designs to choose from. I opted to re/ design one of their designs and am glad that I did as this

We couldn’t be happier with our decision to get an inground pool from Juliano’s! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded our expectations. We met with the salesman and received a same-day quote for our custom 44’x18’ inground pool with a cuddle cove. We signed our contract in June, and by early July, our pool was installed and ready to swim in! Brian Juliano personally came out to help design the layout. He was patient, attentive, and truly helped bring our vision to life. Juliano’s crew removed several triaxles of earth to shape the pool area exactly how we wanted and left our yard immaculate. This complaint is not about their pools, but about damages caused while they contracted with the City of Springfield Mass to do snow removal during storms. On Sunday January 25th, 2026 a reckless driver operating Juliano Pools truck came onto my property and broke my mailbox in pieces. I immediately called their answering service and got a call back shortly from Alanna Dicorcia from Juliano's Pools. She assured me that everything would be taken care of, they were fully covered and my mailbox would be replaced. They conveniently handed this over to Springfield City DPW and left the battle up to me to fight with the city. After years of struggling to find the right company to help us with our pool and not being very successful on our own maintaining it we are thrilled to find Juliano’s. We are on our 5th week of cleanings and the pool has NEVER looked better. Carlos is absolutely amazing!! The first day he came he spent time explaining to me exactly what he was going to do and how the scheduled cleaning work. He comes every Wednesday and works quickly and efficiently. He is knowledgeable and kind. Grateful to have found Juliano's and have such an exceptional pool tech as Carlos. I would give him a 10/10 if I could.

Cannot recommend Juliano's Pools highly enough! The owner, Brian, is very involved and his staff performs their duties like a well oil machine! Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient...ALL IF THEM! From the complete redesign of an existing pool & patio area, to adding a hot tub, to then redesigning the backyard, Brian and his team delivered beyond or expectations! We only wish they did concrete work as well.
