I've been working with Juliao Garage Doors Inc. for years. Today I had my annual check-up done again, including an updated motor and a few other things. The work was excellent thanks to Justin, an impeccable worker, very kind, and very intelligent in his work. The service has always been top-notch. I highly recommend this company. Very professional company wirh reasonable prices. Prompt call back and scheduling. The technician, Justin was very friendly and did a great job installing our opener. Plus he was very polite and friendly, which goes a long way especially here in South Florida.

I can’t recall a time where a service has exceeded my expectations. From the first phone call which was right before closing time, Giselle walked me through how to manually close my garage door to safeguard my home until the tech would arrive in the morning. The next morning my tech Arnold showed up on time and full of knowledge. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. I like to ask a lot of questions because I’m curious like that. We have been so pleased using Juliao for the past few years. Arnold is always efficient, honest and reliable. We recently did a garage door “refresh”, including insulating our door- Arnold and Justin did an absolutely amazing job. Our door functions as if it were brand new and so so so quiet. The garage door all of the sudden stopped working on a Friday night. I did contact Patricia , the marketing lady on Saturday before 8 am. She immediately returned my call, and schedule someone to come to fix it on Monday morning, as I was returning from a short trip . The dispatcher called me at 7:30 am , and the technician arrived at 8 . He spent a little less than 3 hours working on it, replaced the springs that I saw , they were broken. Also replaced other pieces needed to leave the door working smoothly. Great service, friendly technician, right price. Highly recommended.
