Work was not completed and very messy. he was very rude to my husband and I am sure it is because we are white. He was extremely hostile and became belligerent when we asked him about an area of the fencing that did not seem level. Guess small claims court will be a way to get our down payment back. Buyer beware this person is not a professional.

Ran into Julio’s Fence crew installing a fence a few blocks away here in island park and took their card. Was waiting for my neighbor to finish his siding so I could install my fence since the post was going to be right up against his house. When ready called Julio. He came and gave me a decent estimate. Told him I was in and he called me to set appointment up for following Monday. He did not ask for deposit or anything. He showed up with his crew by 8am and completed the job in one day. I was very happy with his work and would highly recommend. Prompt, professional service.

Julio is all about quality and perfection. During my estimate, he took his time and explained to me about the materials he would be using and the installation process. He uses all virgin material and the thickest guage post available. To me, the most important thing was not having the bottom rails of the pvc fence to sag. He explained that the reason why alot of the pvc fences out there sags is because a steel support beam is being used and over a period of time it will start to rust and break up and eventually all the rotted material collects in the middle causing the sag. Instead of steel, Julio explained to me that he uses aluminum for the bottom support rail. Eveyone knows that aluminum will never rust. Then it came down to pricing. His pricing was very fair. This is a case where I wish there were 10 stars. I can not say enough great things about Julio’s Fence. From the estimate to completion, the whole process succeeded our expectations. As you can see from the before and after, this wasn’t simply about rebuilding a fence. This was a creative project. We knew what we needed, we didn’t exactly know what we wanted. Where other fence co saw problems, Julio saw easy solutions and built the dog run specifically with our dogs in mind. He dealt with our difficult village and never a complaint. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the end result and all the extremely hard work Julio, Alex, and Jaime put in to every detail. Julio personally checked in every day but he certainly didn’t need to.
