Mr.Edward and his crew at Big Jump Movers and Delivery went above and beyond the call of duty for me and my little family. They arrived on schedule and were very professional throughout the whole process. The crew disassembled our furniture/appliances and loaded our items quickly. Once we arrived to the new location, they took great care to deliver our belongings into our new home without damaging anything. The team reassembled everything and set our furniture up exactly where we wanted it to go. All of this was done at more than a reasonable amount. Thank you "Big Jump Movers" for going the extra mile for me and mine! When we are ready to buy a new home we will definitely be hiring your crew again. With short notice these gentlemen moved furniture from one house to another. Everything they touched remained in pristine condition and they even moved things back and forth while we directed each item to the perfect position. Highly recommend!!!

These gentlemen were so great and nice, helping my frazzled brain to get things from point A to B to C and on. They were amazingly easy-going with various add-ons, as well. The cost was so VERY reasonable. If you need movers, I give these guys an A+, 4 stars

Update after response; Had I not said anything to you, you would have put all our belongings in trash bags. Please dont pretend like it was just toys. There were pots and pans, dishes and board games all boxed. You 100 percent asked for more money and I said I didn't think so but I'd let my husband know u asked and then you went back to "no its ok we'll keep it at the original price". You guys were unprofessional from the JUMP. RUN dont walk to some real movers This is one of those reviews I wish I could leave no stars for. Our initial meeting went well although fast he quoted us 800 and said he'd be done in a day. Upon my request he agreed to block out 2 days. Their initial day they only worked for 2hours. This is my second time using Edward’s Jump moving and delivery company. His staff did a wonderful job moving my personal items. Professional individuals who treated my furniture like it was their own. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a company who can be trusted.
