Juniper Landscaping

Steer clear of this awful company!!! If I could leave NO stars I would. I bought a new home in Babcock Ranch and the HOA uses Juniper for our lawn care. The service is terrible at best. They cut the grass, but only partly trim and leave more than half the trim untouched. Then they trim the bark in the landscaping. Yes, the bark and it flies onto the windows and house. When I complain they promise to send someone out to complete the job but they never show. Weeds are everywhere but they just leave them. Terrible service!!

Can I give zero stars? We had a french drain installed by Juniper for $750 in 2024 to mitigate runoff issues from our pool. Since then, they have replaced the sod 3 times. Now the sod is dead again and the runoff creates a mini-pond behind our Lanai. Juniper has not responded to multiple requests to address this.

I purchased a new home in River Hall and contacted Juniper to do some landscape improvements. It was an awesome experience from start to finish. Proposal was provided promptly and was very detailed. Communications and responsiveness was quick and timely. The crew that showed up was very friendly and competent. The job was done neatly and everything cleaned up nicely at the end. I can’t wait to do my next project with them!!!!

This is from a review I posted on the Orlando review page. Maybe someone at Corporate might read this and get everyone in our neighborhood some action...it is quite unprofessional and irresponsible. 9/8 - Still no communication from Juniper; I've attached photos so it's more of hard facts...pictures don't lie. 8/31 updated - STILL WAITING. How bad is Juniper??? Stay away from them; they are not professional and, evidently, very disorganized or in financial trouble if they can't buy new sod or hire enough workers to take care of their customers.
