Juniper & Locust Garage - InterPark

Reserved at another iParkIt garage using SpotHero but was turned away when I got there. They said this garage would honor the QR code. But when I tried to scan it the machine said "can't reach the server." So I pushed the help button. That put me on a customer service line that never picked up and eventually hung up on me. Cars behind me getting impatient I picked up a ticket to enter thus having to pay twice. SpotHero needs a receipt to issue a refund but when I paid at this garage there was a paper jam and I got no receipt. Pushed the help button and was told that since I had paid I would be able to exit, and to go online at flashreceipt.com to get my receipt. But that website can't find my parking session. And the phone number on my exit ticket is out of service. ANd of course there is

If you are looking for a monthly spot. I’d steer clear. They always oversell and you can never find parking half the time. If you do try to cancel it’s nearly impossible and I have been charged continuously for 3 months after canceling despite being told I was good to go.

They allow cars in, even those who have prepaid, fully knowing the garage is full. Not a single spot. This garage is dangerous when full. There is no way to loop, you have to back up. It was an extreme fire hazard. They were pushing people to valet their cars - total tipping scam. Honestly, the police should have been called and notified of the operation.

I'm stuck in your garage and nobody is helping me. Get a working phone number! I had to call the police!

Take the advise of myself and all those before me. DO NOT PARK IN THIS GARAGE EVER!! They allow you to enter with a packed garage and then want you to use the valet. I drove through this garage and to turn around several times because there was no parking and no way to drive from floor to floor without having to back out and turn around and go the opposite way of on coming traffic which just added so much more frustration of parking at this garage. This garage is horrible and should be demolished due to so many safety reasons. Once again take the advise and DO NOT PARK IN THIS GARAGE EVER!!!
