Juniper & Locust iParkit Garage

This garage is clean and secure. When returning to pick up your car, you scan the parking ticket to unlock the door to the lobby with the payment machine and elevator.

I had my wedding at a venue directly across the street from the juniper and locust location. I prepaid for the weekend, when I went through using the app, I got charged again! Speaking to a few friends, they also reserved a spot and then got charged again. We used the scan for the QR code they test when you pay, did not get a ticket as we prepaid. I would not suggest this parking for anything as it charged us double! Tried calling corporate and ended up leaving a message in the Chicago office. After 1 week, no response at all.

Take the advise of myself and all those before me. DO NOT PARK IN THIS GARAGE EVER!! They allow you to enter with a packed garage and then want you to use the valet. I drove through this garage and to turn around several times because there was no parking and no way to drive from floor to floor without having to back out and turn around and go the opposite way of on coming traffic which just added so much more frustration of parking at this garage. This garage is horrible and should be demolished due to so many safety reasons. Once again take the advise and DO NOT PARK IN THIS GARAGE EVER!!!

I booked this parking in advance to avoid overflow of any other parking garages near the Kimmel center, when we arrive, we go to every floor and they are completely full, luckily we see ONE car leaving and are able to take this space. this made us late for our dinner reservations, will not be using this parking again
