I had a great experience with Junk King Boston. The price was higher than I expected at first, but Tyler was really understanding and worked with me to bring it down to something more affordable. I truly appreciated that. They were professional, quick, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Tyler and his partner handled everything smoothly and were very respectful. From the minute, I called to make my estimate appointment, which you don’t need because they can come the same day and do everything at once. To the change of date of my service 3 times. to the date of arrival to do the removal, this company has beyond. Exceeded my expectations. I don’t have before pictures, but just understand this was a one bedroom apartment filled with furniture that all got junked. We didn’t take anything from the apartment to the new place.So easy to work with, amazing customer service. Absolutely amazing work. I’ve never seen guys work as hard as they did. I can’t say enough about them. An overall best experience ever.

From start to finish, communication, professionalism, and courtesy was shown. I compared several places for a kitchen island pickup and Junk King had the best price estimate. The crew communicated an accurate time window day-of and were super friendly and professional. I’ll definitely call them the next time I need a similar service.

Zak and Jay were great. Cleared everything out quickly but took the time to completely explain all the charges. They also had great communication about when they would arrive so we were prepared. Definitely recommend them if you need junk removal.
