An excellent customer centric experience from an initial cold call to the same day pickup. The prices and customer service were incredible. They were so fast and efficient that I didn’t even have time for a “before” picture. However, the “after” picture is a great definition of done! If I could give less the 1 star I would. It has been a very difficult time for my family since we are in the process of emptying our beloved father’s home of 48 years. Due to a time crunch we needed the house emptied quickly. Ron and another worker came this morning and after speaking with their manager, Alondra, said we had them all day and quoted us a price. They showed up 30 minutes late which I didn’t complain about. They had a rented UHaul truck b/c theirs has been in the shop for over a week, which was strange. After they filled the truck which took 1 1/2 hours they said they would be back within an hour and a half. 2 1/2 hours later Ron called to say management said they were being assigned 2 other jobs instead and wouldn’t be back until maybe late tonite.
