With just one day’s notice, Dan came out to my house in Oceanside on a Sunday morning to help remove a huge amount of garbage and over a dozen old paint cans that had been left behind by the previous owner of my property. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Dan was prompt, professional, and incredibly personable. He worked quickly and efficiently, handled everything without any hassle, and made the whole process stress-free. These two brothers TJ and Dan who operate the company are dear friends of mine, and they came through for me when I needed last second help on removing junk from my home! They truly are the most professional you can be when it comes to great work and great service! I promise that you won’t be disappointed with the job they will do for you! After cleaning out my garage, I had a mix of items I couldn’t give away or sell—boxes of tile, leftover artificial grass, electronics, shelving, water-based paint, and other random stuff. I reached out to Junk Miners to get a quote, and I was really impressed with their online trailer graphic—it made it easy to estimate how much space I’d need and helped them give me a fair, accurate quote. Danial and TJ were fantastic. They showed up exactly when Danial said they would (I appreciated the text window he sent), and they were both super professional and accommodating. I’m not sure where to begin if I’m being honest. There are plenty of junk removal companies in the area and then there’s Junk Miners! Dan and TJ set the bar high, very high in fact for all the other companies. I’ll make this easy for everyone reading and simply make a pros and cons chart. Pros: Punctual- (arrived 10-15 minutes early)and notified me when they were on their way and shortly before arriving. Respectful Organized Polite Estimate- The final total was very close to the estimate, especially considering that I added quite a few items while they were here. I was expecting to pay a lot more because of that, and it was NOT the case. Cleanliness- They swept and picked up the areas that had the junk. I was surprised by that, I didn’t even have to ask.
