The team arrived right away when we had a roof leak fill our dining room with water. They quickly took action and removed wet drywall and insulation. They dried out the area and treated it for mold. They were on time, communicated promptly, and best of all left the area clean and dry upon completion. I pray we don’t need them again, but if we do I will be happy to call them as the team did a fantastic job.

I came across ServiceMaster when the toilet in our master bathroom leaked and water penetrated the underlying wood panel surrounding the toilet all the way down to a small section of our kitchen ceiling. I can say I had nothing but a highly satisfying experience with Fazel and his team. Fazel took my call the same day the water damage happened and came to our home within just a couple of hours of the incident happening to assess the damage. Within just 48 hours, he sent out one of his guys, Ross, to start the dry down process.
