I had a great experience with JunkAHaulics. I needed trash removed from my home and they were able to stop by the same day. Communication is very prompt and kind.

We reserved a pickup for my mother-in-law’s piano because we need it removed to close on her house this week. Due to the urgency, we booked online, paid the $8 reservation fee, and scheduled a Saturday pickup. We clearly listed the item as a piano and were quoted $135, which we accepted. On the day of pickup, the crew called and told us we had to arrive two hours earlier than the scheduled window or they would reschedule. Because the piano had to be removed, we rushed to meet them. Once on site, we were told the actual cost would be $445 because pianos must be recycled and cannot be donated. This was a complete bait and switch. They performed the removal of my items in a very short period of time and they did not leave a mess behind. They worked through Resupply to pick up donations for Habitat for Humanity. They were prompt, careful in moving items out of our house, and personable. We will use them again if the need arises.
