These guys did an awesome job. It was affordable and they showed up right on time. Everyone was really friendly too. Honestly didn’t expect it to be this easy but they got everything out fast. Really happy with the experience.

Fantastic service! I was out of town and couldn’t be on site, but they handled everything flawlessly. I gave them instructions over the phone and they took care of all the junk in my backyard without any issues. Completely trustworthy, super reliable, and incredibly easy to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a better service!

Horrible customer service. The worker NOEL was kind and ready get JOB DONE! They quoted me $1000 for full truck. The lady was so snappy and rude ! When I asked for some type of discount . I wanted them come back out again next week . They was going to get my business again. She said NO .. I never left a reviewin my life . This is much needed.. These is not how to conduct business. I will be calling junk removal who did the job with grace and always offer discounts. Learn from your competitor

After using New City Moving, their “sister” company, and them texting about their junk removal services, I scheduled a pickup for 12/24/25 between 12-2. At 12:45, I hadn’t received notification from the pickup team so I called and was told the team would call shortly. No one did. At 1:45, I called again and got a voicemail. I tried several different times to get ahold of anyone but was unable to. Today is 12/26/25 and despite having left several messages on Tuesday saying no one showed up for the appointment, the Junk.com people haven’t even called or messaged me at all. You’d think they would to at least get my business, but no. What a joke. Avoid this company.
