I recently used Junkmates for a junk removal service and, unfortunately, was not satisfied with the overall experience. While scheduling was quick, the pricing process felt unclear and ultimately left me disappointed. When I first called, I requested a quote, but was told they do not provide estimates ahead of time. Instead, they send a truck, assess the load on-site, provide a price, and haul the items away if the customer agrees. Upon arrival, I was informed that a full truck costs $900, which was far beyond what I was expecting. As someone who has never used a junk removal service before, I explained that my budget was no more than $400 for everything I needed removed. My first contact with JunkMates was with the owner, Clark. He was efficient, engaging, and promised quick service. The two young men who came to our house and actually did the work were named Mikey and Kayden. They were young, energetic, clean-cut, respectful, and did an absolutely great job on short order. I am very happy with the service provided by JunkMates, and will certainly use them again in the future.

The team showed up early, which is odd for us. But we definitely appreciated it. The workers showed up, enthusiastic, professional, great attitude, worked hard, and didn’t even stink! lol. We appreciated the professionalism and service so much, we hired them the next day as well. We plan on using their services again once we finish unpacking our new home.
