The tech identified that I needed to replace the blower wheel motor in my furnace and quoted a price to replace it. When the wheel was removed the tech tried to upsell me to have it cleaned, which I declined. The next day I'm told the motor that he thought I needed was the wrong one and the cost for the correct motor is now double the original quote. There was no effort to determine if the part was even under warranty. The next company I called immediately asked if the part is under warranty and is checking for me as part of the service provided. They also quoted a lower price for the part if there is no warranty and their service call fee was even lower. I also have a maintenance plan with Just Cooling. Tommmy Stamps!!! He was amazing! He fixed what Innovative Comfort Solutions stated was unfixable. They came and said the motor was bad…. We needed a new unit! Tommy came and correctly diagnosed the problem and it was only a RELAY! He did an amazing job and was very very nice throughout the whole process!! Great work!! Very very smart man!!

Terrible technician. Lied to my face about my damper not working and had to have him come out to demonstrate it. Also my system keeps leaking out and he claims there isn't a leak. Isaiah get an attitude when you try to get him to actually diagnose the problem.
