Just a fantastic experience here with Sam from Just Drain It Plumbing. He answered the call for pipes backed up on a late afternoon, then was onsite first thing the next morning. Job finished within an hour. Professional with reasonable rates, informative, and personal, Sam is what you want in a plumber. What's routine to him is of the most importance to you. So it's good to have the experience, promptness, and efficiency to knock these things out and return to routine.

Sam is excellent! He came to my house on a Sunday night because my main drain was clogged. He hydro jetted the drain, then showed me that I still had numerous cast iron drainpipes, even though the house had been renovated. He gave me a reasonable price to replace all of them, cleared out the roots in the clay pipe to the street and installed two new cleanouts. He is professional, communicative, knowledgeable and overall a very nice guy. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him if I need plumbing services in the future.

Sam is honest and very knowledgeable. Explains everything very thoroughly and gives a reasonable price. I highly recommend him and couldn't be happier. Such a good feeling finding a plumber you can use for life.

Just Drain It Plumbing is awesome. I rarely write reviews but had to write one for Sam - based on our experience with him. Sam was highly recommended by our uncle who’s been a real estate agent for decades. Sam was punctual, honest about the job, flexibile, knowledgeable, walked in with good energy and dealt with us so kindly throughout the process. Our house is old so we’ve seen a number of plumbers, they’ve caused and cost us a lot of stress, but this plumbing experience has been the smoothest and by far the best. We truly recommend this business to anyone!
