Very pleased with the customer service and timely manner in which I received my order. Check these guys out! The wallplanks are pretty cool and easy to install. I have attached an installation picture.
Prices and customer service are great! I was afraid of having tile shipped half-way across the country, but in 6 cases of tile, as far as I can tell, are all are in perfect shape. Much thanks to the rep who worked with me on a shipping issue after the order was placed.
Customer service was great! Always there if you had questions or concerns. Was leary at first to order from an online company, but in the end it was a smooth process. Will order again.
SCAM! Don't order anything from this place. I ordered on October 30th and have been trying multiple times to get ahold of anyone about my order. Phones go to voicemail every time. Filed a complaint with the BBB to get my money back.
Amazing company, that puts customer service and people first! Wonderful product line with great prices!
