A Speed Queen representative connected me with Just-in Time when I called them regarding issues with my washing machine. Within an hour Just-in Time's friendly office manager called me to schedule an appointment for a tech to come out to review the situation. Hollis arrived on time and effectively and efficiently dealt with my problem. In addition to being very knowledgeable and experienced, he was friendly and empathetic. This organization offered incredible service from start to finish. They are ethical too which means a lot to me. Highly recommend!!!!

Had a tech come to our home to check our washing machine for balance issues. After opening up the machine, I was told the shocks were bad and leaking. Over $600 to replace the shocks. Was advised to not repair and purchase a new machine. $135 for the service call. I contacted a different company for repairs and ended up having our washer repaired for a little over 1/2 quote from Just in time. I personally inspected the old shocks to find out there is nothing inside the shocks to leak. OEM parts were used. Never again.

I have Miele appliances, and it was difficult to fine a repair company I had complete confidence in until I got a hold of Just in Time Appliance. I highly recommend them.
