We recently moved to the Goochland area. I was given Leon's name from two neighbors who spoke very highly of his work and his character. I have used several sealing companies in the past and assumed they were all the same. This past week Mr. Downs proved me wrong by being meticulous in preparing my drive, utilizing hot rubber in the cracks and applying a generous finished sealing coat. He is a gentleman, honest and an extremely hard worker. The price was quite fair for all of the steps he took. A+++
