JUST OIL LLC

Forgive me for not to putting a review on this site before. Now, it never crossed my mind. I'm a little older and, I have been dealing with just oil before it became women-owned , It was husband and wife owned 😊 .. Their standards have not changed over the years. They are the best people, mindful ..humble ..and always willing to help out even in the worst situations. I see some reviews and new people. You guys will not know until 5 years from now. How fortunate you are. To have a company like this on your side in Philadelphia today, there's been many times over the years (Incomes go up-and-down situations change, emergencies happen) and Just oil will do everything within their power to help... People get mand when you don't support black business BUT these folks here are very unprofessional. Phone operater VERY nasty OWNER doesn't want to speak to you on the phone I paid for my mother's oil who is a senior with these low temps.outside. calling an hour before they close talking about the truck can't fit in the block well they need to get expericend drivers My mother been getting oil in this same street over 30 years

This is very unacceptable very unprofessional it's about to be a bad snow storm & i reached out to this company to get oil they tell me an hour before they close they can't deliver oil when i been getting oil for years thru other companies with no problems both young ladies i spoke with on the phone from yesterday til today was very nasty ignorant disrespectful & unprofessional refuse to put her manager on the phone kept putting me on hold then hangs up this why i don't support black own business. & im all for my kind

They have the best local prices by far. Their receptionist is so nice and patient dealing with me since I'm new to dealing with oil heat. 10/10!

If you have oil heat . You need to patronize Just Oil for fair prices and fast and friendly customer service .
