Just Oil

Just Oil has always been super responsive and reliable for us, and we've been working with them for years to deliver our residential fuel oil. Yes, they have to inspect your tank (small fee) when you first sign up with them, but this is for your own protection, as well as theirs. It was not a problem at all and is a one-time only thing. Honestly, these folks are great!

Just Oil has always been easy ordering and fair pricing all the years we used them. Called recently to get a delivery as I was totally dry. The woman who answered the phone was very curt with her answers and questions. At first she said they'd be a $50 for coming out that day. Okay fine with that. She told me my pump needed to be primed as I knew. Website says they charge $75 for this service, I was ok with that also. Yeah, we don't do that anymore, she responded. I asked if it was something I could do myself. I was told to Google it. Yep I can do that I thought to myself. The final blow was when she asked me where I was getting my home oil from, my response was nowhere except from you was my answer. She responded with, the last delivery from September held you over? Customer service sucked they don’t know how to treat costumers or care to them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! When I first ordered oil from them they charged me money to put some part they require before they would deliver oil. They do not make exceptions for anyone! This is a Cash Business which is shady to begin with. They charge your debit for the oil days before it arrives.Its not worth the 15 cents less per gallon. Use Lake Side Oil in Marlborough instead!

Customer friendly. I have used them for about two years and if the service stays the same, I will use them for a long time.
