My technician was Kyle, he was very professional, knowledgeable and took great care of our hot water tank issues. Kyle explained everything to my husband and i about what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed I would highly recommend using Rapidan Plumbing. The prices for the job that was done were lower than other companies we called. I will call Rapidan Plumbing again. Thank you Kyle for an excellent job!!!

Wonderful experience using Just Plumbing, formerly Rapidan Plumbing. Making an appointment for the next day was so easy. I was also called ahead of time to know when the technician would be arriving. Lily was a pleasure to speak with (Not sure if I have her correct name) And the technician Kyle is extremely knowledgeable and shared many helpful tips. He reviewed other plumbing issues and provided estimates. I’m positive that I will use Just Plumbing for future repairs.

Kyle, Chandler, and Jon did a great job with our well pump replacement. They were courteous, timely, and thorough. Provided reasonable cost estimate and laid out expectations for the process. Would recommend.

Been using this company for years. I have been very satisfied with the services they provide. Jon and Kyle came and serviced a leak we had in our bathroom. It took them 5 minutes to figure out where the leak was coming from and didn't charge us an arm and leg to fix it. Well worth the call. I will continue to use them.

Our service technicians were Kyle & Jon. They were respectful, friendly and fast. (rapid, if you will) We had called on Friday and they were here Monday morning to repair an under the kitchen pipe leak. We will definitely use them again if another problem come up. Thanks to the service techs and the great office staff that helped us.
