Exuded confidence in terms of working with warranty issues. Went through a very logical process to determine what was wrong to get it fixed. Shared with me his thinking along the way because I was interested. I was happy enough to sign up for other plumbing inspection services as he spelled out a very cost effective option that provided the broadest benefit. Very professional. Will use them for HVAC and general plumbing/ water heater services going forward.

I got a new heat pump & A/C unit installed 2 years ago by Just Right Services. They installed it for less than 2 other quotes I got by other companies, and did a great job with the install. They have also been great with servicing the system ever since. They come out regularly for routine maintenance, and I just had an issue with error codes and they came out right away and made some adjustments to fix it. I can't say enough about this company. So glad a coworker had recommended them to me.

My wife and I have had several HVAC issues over the past few years in multiple homes that we have owned. We have used lots of services. Just Right Services is the best. Christopher, our tech has been the most communicative, collaborative and fast person we have worked with. If you ever have a chance to work with Christopher and just right services, I highly recommend it. All techs should be learning from Christopher.

By far, the best experience I’ve ever had with an air conditioning company. I had another company give me a quote on a repair and it was astronomical. Yes I have an older system. But a fan capacitor was all I needed for the system to be running again. Mitchell explained all of the issues and what was going on with my system. I may need some repairs in the future, but certainly not as much as what the other company wanted to do which was replaced the entire system. At some point I may have to do that and I definitely would go with this wonderful company. Thank you, Mitchell and Just Right Air Conditioning. UPDATE: so in the end I needed a new air conditioning system. I had had other quotes that were way too expensive for us. Just Wright gave us an affordable quote. They completed the work
