From the very beginning, he was honest and helpful—he even suggested I try cleaning the stove before his visit since most constant sparking issues are caused by dirt or buildup. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case for me and the stove did end up needing parts replaced, but I really appreciated his transparency and willingness to help before coming out.
