I want to give fair but honest review. I hired Just Water Heaters to replace an older water heater in my home. I sent the installer, Gus, clear photos and the model number of the old unit. I assumed, based on that, that he would verify the specs and replace it with an equivalent model. Instead, he installed a significantly lower BTU unit without asking any questions about how the old system was being used. Our home relies on the water heater for both hot water and space heating, so the new unit couldn’t keep up and we suddenly had no real heat heading into winter. When I contacted him about the issue, he was dismissive at first and said he doesn’t handle “HVAC related issues,” Only after I got a technician to confirm the mistake did he acknowledge that the BTU mismatch was the issue.

My water heater started leaking. I called Just water heaters to see if they service Leadore Idaho and Gus was very helpful. They came the next day and were very professional and courteous and did the work very quickly. I would recommend this company.

I have dealt with several plumbers and HVAC companies around town and have been ripped off a few times. I needed a new water heater and Gus was straight forward with his pricing (which is VERY reasonable). He did a difficult job for me and I would highly recommend. He is one of the most honest contractors I have ever dealt with.

Wonderful experience! Gus with Just Water Heaters promptly came to fix the kitchen sink at our theatre. They were early, quick to diagnose the problem, and to replace the disposal! High recommend for any residential or commercial plumbing needs
