We’ve used JustInTime multiple times over the years, and they have never let us down. From routine fixes to bigger projects, they’re always reliable, professional, and easy to work with. Our favorite upgrade by far has been the tankless water heater they installed for us. Endless hot water, great efficiency, and it works flawlessly. The team explained everything clearly, did clean, quality work, and made the whole process stress-free. It’s such a relief to have a company you can truly trust and call again and again. Highly recommend them for any heating or plumbing needs.

Our old 40 gal. tank water heater died yesterday and I got a quote to have it replaced with a tankless on demand. Hunter and Aidan with Justin Time Plumbing & Heating came back this morning and worked on it from 8 AM to 5 PM and did an excellent job. They had to replace the exhaust vent which included getting on the roof and installed a new electrical outlet in the utility closet. I really appreciate how prompt, thorough and courteous their service was and highly recommend them for anyone needing work done in the Plymouth, IN area. I had a problem with my auxiliary furnace not activating. They sent a technician first thing the next day. He found the problem right away & pushed a reset button on my furnace unit. He stayed 40 minutes total. I was charged a very reasonable service call fee of $89. Then was charged an additional $284 for something... no explanation to what it was or why, just a copy & pasted response of how a business is operated. 🙄

Fast! awesome service Amazing great guys Got to the bottom of my toilet problems! And boom stuck a fork in it done! ……. Actually it was a fork stuck in my toilet 🤣🤣 don’t ask how why cause I don’t know but this fork cost me and it will be displayed with a sign no Forks allowed in the bathrooms! 😂 thank you again
