JustPro Moving

I edited my initial review and somehow it reverted back to the original without my permission so I'm trying again. Do not use JustPro Moving. When we received our items (which took over three weeks), there was a ton of damage. We are in the claims process. Our estimate tripled, we got rid of a lot of things to save money and space, then they refused to give us a new estimate prior to loading the truck (we went through Safe Ship Moving and was told this is their protocol ). Below are a few pictures of items they packed or ruined. My mind is blown by their carelessness and disregard for our items. I have dozens of pictures! They desk picture is one they took apart and attempted to put back together with bent and missing screws and bent legs. It is homemade and irreplaceable like many of our

Alex from JustPro Moving was exceptional! He made my move from South Carolina to Pittsburgh seamless! He was prompt and extremely professional. We were totally impressed! Thank you so much for making this move enjoyable! I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

I had a great experience with JustProMovers. They took great care with my things. They were kind and made sure I wasn't stressing at all! They went above and beyond. I will definitely recommend them to anyone!

The 5 stars are for the movers Alex and his crew….they were spectacular!! They were conscientious when packing and took extra care with family treasures. They were courteous, efficient and made sure my belongings were taken care of. Again the 5 stars are for Alex and his crew. As for the.company Just Pro Movers they need better communication with the customers and their own crews. I was given a window of 12 - 3pm, how ever they did NOT communicate this time to their own crew so they did not arrive until 6:45pm. Again Alex and crew fantastic- company Just Pro Movers needs work!

Ray and his team were extremely professional, fast, and kind. They kept in constant contact with me about updated ETAs which I thoroughly appreciated. Everything was packed very well and with care. They have made this move so easy. 10/10 would book with them again, I highly recommend JustPro Movers!
