Johnnie arrived on time to fix my fridge. He was here for less than 10 min cleaning out the line in my fridge because it was collecting water in the bottom. My fridge continued to leak and he said he’d recheck it the following week. I have not seen or received a response from him. He basically charged me 200.00 to come out because he didn’t fix the issue. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use his services.

Called JW Fri eve, other company no showed, he said he’d be out today ( Sat) between 12-1; he was here at 12:05. Very personable, competent and absolutely reasonable in pricing. He’s your go to guy for appliance repair!

Extremely rude, unprofessional, harassed me on the phone, calling me non-stop when i stated i needed to cancel my appointment. Not going to go far in business with that kind of an attitude. If you need customers, be nice, be patient and be kind. No one was rude to him. And they charge a lot more than other companies I’ve contacted. Please take your business elsewhere, don’t waste your time with these clowns

Excellent customer service, quick turnaround, and a job well done. JW Appliances came out on 11/18 to fix our washer and we were incredibly happy with the results. We appreciated the work ethic and proper use of PPE. Thank you so much!
