FIVE MINUTES later Jeff texted me back and let me know he will call me in the morning. By 8:45am Sunday morning, Jeff had already called me. Right away, he explained what the issue could be and how it might be fixed. He spent 30 minutes educating me, walking through potential costs, and giving honest opinions on how to handle our current situation of a shared well. He truly cared about honest business and pricing and did not want to see a young couple be charged a crazy amount of money going forward.
