Duke, Kaden (Electricians), and Jennifer (in the office) are absolutely amazing. Jeff was great at outreaching to get someone to respond to the call out, but he was sick. (Thank you for going the extra mile even when you were home sick) Duke was fast, knowledgeable, polite and professional. I only met Kaden via phone for a minute, but he was amazing too. I did deal with another electrician, but I do not recommend him. When doing business with JW, make sure to ask for Duke, Jeff, or Kaden! Also, Jennifer (bless her heart) was so sweet and understanding, I was heartbroken when the first (unnamed) electrician didn’t fix the problem, and she listened to me crying and worked together with the electricians to get me taken care of. I needed some supplies on a Sunday. I knew that they were close but took a chance on catching someone there. I was leaving town the next day. One of their electricians was working in the shop and I got his attention, told him of my situation. He opened the store up for me and saved the day. I can't thank him enough.
