This is the worst company ever I am a secret shoppers I recommend companies businesses etc ; for their services … Home Depot ttold my family that JW Flooring is who they use for their consumers when consumers buy flooring from Home Depot.. They completely laid flooring for the entire unit except the bedroom. My family then later ordered flooring for the bedroom and waited and waited and waited, and the flooring never came. They said the flooring was on backorder so my family property never got rented out after 1 yr went by all of a sudden the neighbor says there’s a leak coming from, the bathroom to their unit We had a professional plumber come out and said they laid the wax ring under the toilet down incorrectly and that caused the lea

Installed carpet for me. The workers were on time, did excellent work, and left everything clean and tidy. I would use them again!

After reading the reviews on the site, I was a little concerned for my project. However, I am EXTREMELY pleased with the service from the installer, Enrique R. Once he arrived, he checked all items to ensure I had what he needed to complete the project and then he got right to work. As this was my 1st floor install from HD and JW Flooring, I had a few questions and Enrique answered all of them with clarity. This enabled me to fully understand what he was going to be doing and why. He followed all COVID guidelines, masked up and distanced himself during my questioning. My floors are beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend Enrique from JW Flooring. He was very professional. Thank you JW Flooring and specifically Enrique for a great experience on this project.

Worse place to get your project done. They don’t communicate properly, they keep canceling the installation and they messed up my floor. DONT GO WITH THESE GUYS.

Purchased LVP through Home Depot and installed by JW. There was miscommunication on Home Depot's part when the order was placed, which created several back and forth calls between myself, Home Depot and JW. It was a total mess to be honest, but Gaty at JW was very empathetic and helpful to get the issue sorted out. The installer Nathaniel was excellent and communicated thoroughly as well as sending photo updates as I was not present at time of install.
