JW Flooring recently did our flooring and tile, and we are extremely happy with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. We especially appreciate their attention to detail! Initially, my husband used white caulking on the threshold of the front door to match the trim and baseboards of the previous floors. The JW Flooring team thoughtfully used black caulking instead to match the black threshold of the front door and it blends beautifully. We also love how seamless the transition pieces look from the bathroom to the hallway, the washroom to the kitchen, and the fireplace to the living room. I'm not one to leave reviews but JW Flooring did an amazing job! The process was very smooth; Jacob was communicative and helpful during the design and installation process (and very patient). Also, his services were very fairly priced. There's a reason JW Flooring has an A+ rating on the Better Business Bureau. I'm super happy with how my floors turned out and will be referring his team to my friends and family. He kept to his promise and left my space in better condition than when they started the work. (The bamboo picture was the before and the dark floors is the after)

After 7 quotes, we decided to go with Jacob with JW flooring. His communication was great and was able to explain everything in detail. Not only did he have extremely competitive pricing, he also had the best products and lots of variety. I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with his work. His crew is great. They pay attention to even the most minor details and they’re very respectful of the home (first time I don’t see mess everywhere from construction people). My house look AMAZING.
