Had an unexpected issue with a water heater that caused a serious leak. This happened over the weekend, of course. Of all the companies I contacted, JW Langton was the most responsive and helpful. Communication was excellent, they were very responsive to questions, and the water heater was replaced at a fair price. Very happy, would call them again next time for sure.

Dependable, reliable highly skilled team who you can trust. Had a pipe freeze this week’s past. I was out of town and family was really stuck. One text to Joe he was on the way to take care of it. Cannot say enough good things about these guys. Professional, thoughtful, and incredibly skilled. Have had three separate jobs with them: pipe repair, outdoor faucet replacement, and boiler/water heater replacement. Every job done with care and attention to detail - something I definitely do not take for granted. Boiler install (in picture) is a work of art. Highly recommended :)
