J.W. Mason and Son

This review is a few months late due to an injury. John Mason was recommended to me by his brother Dan, who happens to be my plumber. I was looking for a handyman and John will be the only one I call going forward. He came into my newly purchased home and corrected a structural issue in the attic which was found during the home inspection. A so-called 'handyman' the previous owners hired had botched the job which was causing my hall ceiling to slowly cave in. He hung some drywall for me as well. I would trust him to do anything I need done, and to do it well.

We have a very old house so no repairs are easy. John put a new screen door in for us. He had to make a few adjustments and it turned out perfectly. He's punctual, and has fair prices. I'd give him a perfect 10!

John did a beautiful job on our deck. He provided us with ideas and ways to enhance the look. He was polite, prompt, and responsible. He cleaned up and made sure we were happy with his work! We plan on having him do other jobs for us!

J.W. Mason removed 3 layers of ceiling from our 100+ yr. old home that had been damaged by water and added insulation before completing with a drywall ceiling. Very happy with the work and results. Will call J.W. Mason & Son for future repairs.

John replaced my garage door,and a couple of stairs as well. He's very kind ,extremely professional,and very reliable as well as trustworthy and he does amazing work.
