Outstanding experience. Alex came out within 15 minutes and installed new springs on my broken door. After an informative discussion I decided to have new doors installed. They were installed on time, with a reasonable price. The owner/Alex and his team were fast, neat, and organized. The cleanup was spotless. I enjoyed working with their entire team. Contacted Legacy yesterday about a broken door spring. I was planning to buy and install myself but the guy I spoke with on the phone (Alex) sounded solid so I asked his pricing and availability. The pricing was amazing and he was available to install a couple hours later. He also tidied up some odds and ends with other doors of mine while he was here. Overall top notch customer service and work. Will recommend to others and will be using again in the future.

We needed two new garage doors and Legacy Garage Door was recommended by our contractor. Everything about working with Alex is top notch; quick response, knowledgeable, nice selection of doors, easy ordering and scheduling, and pleasant crew. After a heavy rain he came out immediately and installed new heavy duty seals on the bottom of the doors, just incredible, anyone else could have blamed the foundation or the building and let it go and absolutely these are a factor here, but Alex wanted to make sure we were good.
